Applications

HBZ 1056A, which is an environment-friendly liquid compound heat stabilizer, is mainly used in the production of environment-friendly soft, semi-soft PVC products processing, especially for the high non-transparent and translucent filled calendered products to use as advertising film, toys film, high grade leather ,electrical films,and so on. The health performance can meet the RoHS directive and EN-71 standards.

Product Features

HBZ 1056A keeps the PVC products good initial color and long-term thermal stability, good self-lubricating, good transparency, light precipitation and good sulfur-resistant properties. The PVC product has good feel, good printing and heat sealing effect. The product has significant synergies with phosphite and epoxy compounds. It can also be used with Barium zinc powder compound heat stabilizer.

Reference Dosage

Its dosage is 1.5-3.0 per 100 PVC resin when the filler dosage is below 30 phr or its dosage is 3.0-6.0 per 100 PVC resin when the filler dosage is above 30 phr.

Packaging and Handling

HBZ 1056A is supplied in standard steel drums or plastic drums(contents 200 kg), as well as plastic drums(1000 kg). It can not contact with water. Recommend storage in dry and ventilative house.

Warranty period: one year(after production).
