Applications

HTM 2010 is suited for PVC semi-rigid and flexible products, such as the PVC transparent slice, the particle material for bottle, the heated shrinking film, the potable water pipe & fitting, the building products for diversiform molding and the door & window profiles.

Product Features

HTM 2010 endows the PVC products with good initial colorability, outstanding dynamic processing stability, excellent regrind processing stability and odorless. Its dosage is based on the products and formulations. 

Packaging and Handling

HTM 2010 is supplied in standard steel drums or plastic drums(contents 220 kg), as well as plastic drums(1100 kg). Recommend storage in dry and ventilative house.

Warranty period: one year(from the day of production).

1. Please be sure to read Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS) before using HTM 2010.

2. HTM 2010, belonging to toxicity product, should prevent ingestion and inhalation, please wash the skin with soap at once if it is splashed on.

3. During processing, there is a risk as a moderate and higher toxic gases (such as organotin chloride), so it should keep the workplace good ventilated to avoid direct inhalation of toxic gases of the production operation under high-temperature.

4. This manual is a true reflection of product characteristics, due to the difference of PVC production recipes, processing conditions and processes, we can not make any commitment because of differenent recipes, conditions and processes of PVC production.
